What so significant was... the same motto keep flashing back & wondering acrossed my mind. Before I came into this workshop, I've noted down the same thing into my PDA notes. As usual I'll wrote down some other points as well such as....some expection, networking, befriender, hw will I use/apply these knowledge etc. I've also read related articles on the topic and speaker background before hand.
"Knowledge sharing last a lifetime" - this is the motto I've got for my BLOG.
Today I would like to share, what came strongly and why is it so significant that I just can't keep away.
I'm an educator by profession , therefore knowledge sharing is part of daily task and activity, day in day out. However, after that day I've seen something much different. Of course I've attended many other workshop/seminar but still I find this workshop have a special impact which drives me to create this BLOG of mine too.
Workshop is so simple yet imformal even though the participants were from all walks of life (gardener-painter-artist-educator to doctor) different ages (young & old). But again I was so much eager to listen to the speaker. Knowledge delivered was common, which I came across daily.
The Speaker:
Fresh, eagerness, physical gesture, positive, fun, happy, patience, motivating spirit, down to earth, respect.

Fresh- he came into the room formal looking so much fresh and refreshing introduction.
Eagerness- he show high spirit and eager to share his knowledge. Putting away his coat and pull-up his sleeves being much imformal after his introduction.
Happy- he smile all along, his physical action warm & approachable.
Down to earth- open to all questions, ranking himself moderately, being on same level as his participants eg garderner yet giving real life example on how to move on earning better & better.
All the above shows very clearly in him because he share....share...& share along. That's what he does and he earned. What can you see in his partcipants are knowledge gained & motivated spirit.
Significant impact here is never keep your knowledge within you & family only. Move out and share with those who wants to listen & gain.
Knowledge sharing will make you a happier person on earth as people around apply the knowledge and benefits from it, you'll definitely be happier & happier ....that will last a lifetime.
So want to be HAPPY?....Start sharing your good knowledge yeah!
